Not on a weight training program? 

we will set you on a weight lifting program for free!!! providing paper work and an instructor leading you through your first workout explaining what and why your lifting.  you will learn to target muscle groups and of course target those areas that you choose to receive training information about.


Weight training is cross training for club athletes.  all  members receive a free weight lifting membership attached to their program membership!  If it's cardio fitness you are targeting, the weight training will add a touch more toning.
